Particles, Volumes, Rendering, Schematics (01:15:07)
When I worked on SyFy Channel films, quickly creating cool particle effects was the order of the day. It didn’t matter if we needed squirts of blood, explosions or magic, things had to be created quickly, look good and get in the film! Now I am taking that knowledge and applying it to the all new MODO particle system, one of the best particle systems I have ever had the pleasure to work with. In this video we will get you started with the basics of the MODO system, going step by step over tools and showing exactly what they do and how you can use them. We will then take what we have learned and apply it to an actual scene! (1 video)
