MODO DISPLACEMENT MODELING

In this video tutorial you get more than 2 hours of training in the creation of your own original models through displacing the simplest of polygons using modo's sub pixel displacement. You will learn how you can use any paint program to create simple grey scale displacement images using different layers to control the level of elevation in your geometry. You will also discover how to make color texture maps to match the displacement and apply them to the model, using the shader tree to adjust everything. You will create a complete scene of an old temple, starting from nothing, with just your paint program and some simple polygons in modo.
